Hayden Braddock

General Manager – M Group Tonga

Hayden Braddock leads Solar Island Technology as part of his role as General Manager of M Group Tonga. With extensive experience across renewable energy, infrastructure development, and donor-funded projects, Hayden oversees strategy, financing structures, and stakeholder partnerships. Based between Tonga and New Zealand, he works closely with clients, technical contractors, and institutional partners to ensure each project is commercially sound, transparently delivered, and aligned with Tonga’s long-term energy transition goals.

Dan Le Breton

Head Contractor – Natural Technologies Ltd (NTL)

Dan Le Breton leads technical design and system delivery for Solar Island Technology projects through Natural Technologies Ltd, SIT’s New Zealand-based engineering partner. With deep expertise in off-grid solar, hybrid systems, and battery storage, Dan ensures every installation is engineered to international standards and optimised for performance in remote island environments. He oversees system architecture, procurement, and commissioning to ensure reliability, safety, and long-term durability.

Feao Teutau

Electrical & Compliance Lead - Kingdom Energy & Electrical

Feao Teutau provides local electrical leadership and regulatory compliance across all SIT installations. As owner of Kingdom Energy & Electrical, Feao ensures systems meet Tonga’s national electrical standards and safety requirements. His role bridges international engineering design with local regulatory frameworks, ensuring projects are fully compliant, safe, and approved for long-term operation.

Asi Teutau

Field Operations Supervisor – Kingdom Energy & Electrical

Asi Teutau leads on-site installation teams and coordinates day-to-day execution across SIT projects. Working closely with engineering and electrical partners, he oversees system installation, cable works, battery integration, and commissioning. His hands-on leadership ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, even in challenging or remote environments.

Dr Tevita Tukunga

Energy & Climate Advisor

Dr Tevita Tukunga is a senior energy and climate advisor to Solar Island Technology. He previously served as Director of Tonga’s Energy Department and Director of the Tonga Electricity Power Board, bringing decades of leadership across the national energy sector. Dr Tukunga provides strategic guidance on government engagement, energy policy alignment, and climate financing pathways. His expertise supports SIT’s positioning within Tonga’s broader renewable energy transition and strengthens institutional coordination with ministries and regional partners.
